Micky Dirkzwager (born 1998) is an illustrator, violist, and a prolific worrier. After a year at the university to study psychology in Utrecht, she changed her career path and chose art school. She enjoys exploring diverse themes and draws at Buro Brand as a visual note-taker and graphic facilitator, illustrates children's books at Leopold Publishers, and creates graphic novels at Scratch Books. Dynamics and humor characterize her artwork. She loves books, coloring, swimming, MIKA, and theater, and has a deep aversion to slugs.
