Karolina Chyżewska, born 1986 in Göttingen, lives and works in Berlin as a comic book artist and Illustrator. She takes part in the art collective „Die Goldene Discofaust“, with whom she participated in the exhibition „Vorbilder*innen – Feminismus in Comic und Illustration“ in the 2022 edition of the Comic Salon Erlangen. In 2021 she received a grant from the Berliner Kultursenats and spent 6 months at the Cité Internationale des Arts à Paris. The history of "Ostaschkow" was published in 2023 in the Anthology "Gerne würdest du allen so alles sagen" (avant-verlag). She is now working on her graphic novel "C'est maintenant" and will be published this year at the french publishing place Éditions du Seuil.  www.karochy.com
