Adam & Lisa Murphy are the team behind the comics CorpseTalk, where the reanimated corpses of long-dead historical figures reveal their stories, and Lost Tales, beautiful re-tellings of unusual and lesser known folk-tales from around the globe. Both originally appeared in The Phoenix, a weekly kids' comics magazine in the UK, and have since been collected as award-winning books. Their work combines humour, extensive research and an ongoing curiosity about what makes people tick. They are currently working on the next CorpseTalk collection, a series of interviews with historical rebels, from Boudicca to Martin Luther King. They are currently based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, where they are trying to balance all this with raising a wonderful 3-year old boy.
