In Travel Sketchbook Ukraine Kees de Groot van Embden takes us on a journey to Ukraine, three weeks after the war started. Propelled by the seriousness of the moment he picks up his brushes, and travels to the capital Kyiv, which is under siege and is threatened to be surrounded by the Russians.
