Bird Flu

English version

The fuss about corona makes it possible for the bird flu to sneak around the world almost unnoticed. Bird flu is killing an enormous amount of birds. Long before our lockdown, chickens and chicks (but also turkeys, ducks, etcetera) were locked up and culled. This story tells us where the bird flu virus comes from, how it spreads and what the consequences are. And why the 1.5 metre rule would give the poultry even more space and air than human beings.
